Blood testing

veterinary CBC (complete blood count) analyzer: gives reading of white blood cells with differential count (the count of individual types that form the WBC), red blood cell count, hemoglobin concentration, packed cell volume, platelet count, reticulocyte (immature red blood cells) count.

veterinary blood chemistry analyzer: measures blood level of several electrolytes such as  potassium and calcium, liver enzymes, blood proteins, glucose level, kidney function indicators and thyroid hormone levels.

Urinalysis: provides a chemical analysis of the urine measuring the content of protein, white blood cells, red blood cells and glucose. It also provides information if there are crystals in the urine and what is their exact type and mineral composition. 

Fecal analysis: provides a gross and microscopic analysis of the feces, detects the presence of parasite eggs and any other microorganisms.

rapid antigen tests for number of viruses and diseases (canine parvovirus, canine distemper virus, tick-borne diseases, heartworm, feline panleukopenia, feline immunodeficiency virus, feline leukemia virus, feline toxoplasmosis)

We work with a number of local and international external laboratories for performing other diagnostics such as hormonal analysis, antibody titers, cytology, histopathology, culture and sensitivity.
